How can I pay?

We can accept cheques or bankers drafts in either Pounds Sterling or US Dollars. Alternatively we can accept Credit Card payments through our US property management company.

Why do I have to provide a £200 Security (Damage) Deposit with my final payment?

A security deposit is required in case of any breakages, or damage caused during the rental period. In the event of any charges being made you will be advised by e-mail otherwise the deposit will be refunded within 7 working days of your return.

The Villa

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in the Villa?

Fire regulations allow for 12 occupants in the villa. Only people named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the property.

Is the villa Air-Conditioned?

Yes! The Villa is fully Air Conditioned throughout and heated if required in the winter.

Is smoking or are pets allowed in the Villa?

For the comfort and safety of all guests smoking is NOT allowed within the villa, which is fitted with smoke detectors. No pets are allowed.

Does the pool back on to other properties?

No!  There is 1 property to 1 side and conservation areas to the back and other side. You will have complete privacy.

What entertainment is provided?

There is a TV in the Family Room (Plus Playstation/DVD) and a TV in two of the bedrooms. There is a full size pool table with all the necessary equipment, a soccer table (fusball) and Air Hockey.  

Is the Pool or Spa heated?

These can both be heated on request for the additional cost as indicated in the Weekly Rental Charges. We would recommend pool heat from October through to April.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels with us?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. However, we do ask that towels are not removed from the villa and pool, and therefore you are requested to bring your own beach towels if you intend to visit the local water parks or beaches.

What are the Pool safety features?

The pool is completely enclosed, and therefore can only be entered from inside the Villa or from the gate on the side. It is covered with a fine mesh screen that keeps the insects out, but in no way affects getting a good suntan! There is also a 4 ft high safety fence which fits along the edge of the pool and is quick and easy to install or remove. It is recommended that this fence is kept in place when young children are present in the Villa.

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and gardens are tended to regularly.

What about child facilities?

A cot, high chair and stroller can be rented if required.

When I get there

How far away is the airport?

Directions will be sent to you together with the access details. The journey should take around 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport. If you are travelling to Sanford then you will be looking about a further 25 minutes.

How do we locate/enter the property?

We will provide you with all details of the villa location and driving instructions, the telephone number of our Management Company and other general information three weeks before your departure. You will also then be given the keyless entry code for the front door to the villa.

General information

How far away are the main attractions?

The villa is only 15 minutes away from the main entrance of Walt Disney World. Sea World is around 25 minutes away, and Universal Studios 35 minutes away. There is a great selection of shops (including a Publix Supermarket), boutiques and restaurants just 10/15 minutes away.

Are there any medical services locally?

The local pharmacy is no more than 10 minutes away. If you require any further help or advice, then please do not hesitate to contact our Management Company who are available 24 hours a day and who will be pleased to assist you.

Who do we contact for questions and those little emergencies?

We have employed a professional (24hour/7 days a week) Management Company to look after your every need. We will provide you with their contact details when we send out the property details three weeks prior to your departure.
